Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At World Of Oorja, every crystal, gemstone, and Rudraksha product is personally energized just for you after your order is placed. Due to this, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges and replacements under specific conditions to ensure your satisfaction.


1. Exchanges & Replacements

  • Exchange Window: Please request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Beyond this period, we cannot process exchanges due to the personalized nature of our products.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and materials.

  • Proof Required: We require photos/videos, including an unboxing video, to verify the condition of the product. No claims will be processed with an unboxing video clearly showing our sealed outer package. 

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 24 to 48 hours by emailing support@worldofoorja.com or WhatsApp us. We will arrange a return pickup and promptly send a replacement.

  • Size Exchanges (Bracelets Only): If the correct size was ordered but the item does not fit, you may request an exchange. A shipping fee of ₹280 applies for the return + replacement. Please refer to our size chart before ordering.


2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund

We cannot accept exchanges or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference after receiving the product.

  • Natural variations in color, texture, or size common to crystals and Rudraksha beads.

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality or function.


3. Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed immediately after placement to ensure prompt delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. While we try to accommodate changes before shipment, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are rare and granted only in exceptional cases at our discretion. If approved, the following deductions apply:

  • Payment processing fees (~6%)

  • Shipping charges (both forward and return)

  • Making and energizing charges (10%)

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.


5. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Provided

Refunds will not be issued in these cases:

  • Packages lost in transit (a replacement will be sent instead).

  • Packages refused or canceled at delivery. Customers will be responsible for re-shipping charges if the package is returned to us.

  • Packages returned due to customer unavailability. Re-shipping charges apply if returned.

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Customers must cover re-shipping fees if returned.

  • Products returned in used or damaged condition.

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.

To avoid these issues, please ensure your shipping information is accurate and be available to receive your order.


6. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Visit the Exchange Portal on our website.

  2. Enter your Order ID and contact details.

  3. Select the reason for exchange and upload photos/videos for verification.

  4. Submit your request and wait for approval.

Our Quality Control team will review your request and guide you through the next steps, including return pickup and replacement shipment.
