At World of Oorja, we take pride in offering meticulously crafted, natural crystal products that reflect quality and uniqueness. Each piece is carefully made, making it truly one of a kind. Please review our policy below before requesting an exchange or cancellation:

Due to the natural and delicate nature of crystals, all crystal items are non-returnable. We only offer exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.

Replacement Window: You may request an exchange within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange if 24 hours have passed since your purchase, due to the delicate nature of the crystals.

Condition of Items: To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all accompanying materials. Photographic or video evidence is required to process your exchange request.

Incorrect or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect size or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting support@worldofoorja.com. In such cases, we will arrange a reverse pick-up and exchange at no additional cost.

Customer-Initiated Exchanges for Size: If you wish to exchange an item due to size preference, and the ordered size was provided, we will facilitate the exchange with applicable return shipping costs based on your location. Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process the exchange, and shipping fees will apply.
To prevent sizing issues, we encourage you to carefully review our size chart before completing your purchase. -
Exclusions for Returns or Exchanges: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Personal Dislike: If you simply do not like the product after receiving it.
- Minor Imperfections: Natural Inclusions or packaging issues that do not affect product quality.

Color and Size Variations: Slight differences in color or size, as natural crystals may vary in appearance.

Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed. However, if your order is still pending pickup, you may add items to your order or exchange for a different item.

Refunds: If in any case where the team approves a refund, deductions will be made for the transaction fee, any applicable shipping charges, and making charges.
