Exchange & Refund Policy

At World of Oorja, we take pride in offering authentic, high-quality, and natural crystal and Rudraksha products. Due to the delicate and unique nature of our items, we have specific policies regarding exchanges and cancellations. Please read the details below before making a request.


1. No Returns Policy

As per Section 2(41) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which recognizes certain goods as non-returnable due to their nature, all Gemstones, Crystals and Rudraksha products are non-returnable. We only offer exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.


2. Replacement Policy

2.1 Replacement Window

You may request an exchange within 24 hours from the date of delivery. To ensure fairness and quality control, exchange requests beyond 24 hours cannot be accommodated due to the delicate nature of Gemstone, Crystals and Rudraksha.

2.2 Condition of Items for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accompanying materials.
  • Photographic or video evidence must be provided for verification.
  • If the claim is raised after 24 hours, a mandatory unboxing video (recorded from the moment of opening the package) is required for authentication. Approval for exchange in such cases is subject to review by our team.

2.3 Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@worldofoorja.com or WhatsApp at +91 7727812772.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost, and a replacement will be shipped to you.

2.4 Customer-Initiated Exchanges (Size Issues)

If you wish to exchange a crystal bracelet due to size issues, and the correct size was provided in the order, the following conditions apply:

  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • Once we receive and verify the returned product, the replacement will be shipped, and applicable shipping charges will apply.
  • To avoid sizing issues, we recommend checking our size chart before placing an order.

2.5 Exclusions for Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Personal Dislike: If you no longer like the product after receiving it.
  • Minor Imperfections: Such as small inclusions or slight variations that do not affect product quality.
  • Color and Size Variations: Natural crystals and Rudraksha beads may differ slightly in color, texture, and size.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need any modifications, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes before shipping, cancellations are not allowed.
  • If your order is pending pickup, you may request an exchange for a different item or add more products to your order.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only approved under exceptional circumstances, and at the sole discretion of World of Oorja. If a refund is granted, the following deductions will apply:

  • 6% transaction fee (charged by payment processors).
  • Forward & return shipping charges (if applicable).
  • 5% making/energizing charges

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from approval.


5. Items That Do Not Qualify for Refunds

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Package lost in shipment (a replacement will be shipped)
  • Package refused by the recipient at the time of delivery (customer to pay re-shipping charges if returned to us)
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer (customer to pay re-shipping charges if returned to us)

6. How to Process an Exchange

  1. Go to the Exchange Portal available in our website menu.
  2. Enter your Order ID and Email/Phone number.
  3. Select the reason for the exchange.
  4. Upload photos/videos and provide a description of the issue.
  5. Submit the request and wait for approval from our team.

Once approved, you will receive further instructions regarding the return pickup or exchange process.

6.1 Approval Process

  • Once we receive the request, it is the discretion of our QC Team whether the product is approved for return.

6.2 Reverse Pick-Up

  • Once the product is approved for return, we will arrange for a pick-up.
  • In case of exchange of a product due to size issues, an extra Rs. 250 will be levied as a shipping charge (pick-up and drop).

6.3 Dispatch

  • Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we will dispatch the fresh/correct product.

6.4 Missing Item in Return Package

  • For a smooth exchange process, please ensure the product is securely packed and included in the return package.
  • We highly recommend that customers record a video while packing and handing over the return package to the courier as proof.
