Refund Policy

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

- Refunds or replacements, subject to company approval, will only be processed for items that are damaged during transit, or incorrectly received. Any refund/exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of the product's delivery. Please ensure you record a video while unboxing your package.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and credited within 10-12 working days.

- For prepaid orders made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original account within 5-7 working days. In the case of COD orders, account details will be requested for the initiation of the refunds. 4% transaction charges and shipping charges if applicable will be deducted.

- However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply dislike the product, find minor flaws, have issues with the packaging, notice slight color differences, or experience minor size variations. 

Please note: We ship extra elastic with all our orders starting 20th of May 2024, incase of size discrepancy, please reach out to us for guidance. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

- We endeavor to serve our clients with the best experience. We do not facilitate cancellation for products once placed. However, you can make an addition to your current order/exchange the product with the same value item till the time it is under pending pickup.
