  • Orders are delivered through our trusted courier partners.

1.2 International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees as per their country’s regulations.


2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

2.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Custom-made or energized crystal orders may take additional time.

2.2 Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (India): 3-7 business days.

  • Standard Shipping (International): 8-14 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays like weather conditions, courier issues, or customs processing.

4. Order Tracking

4.1 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
4.2 You can track your order using the provided tracking number.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

5.1 COD Availability

  • COD is available only for orders within India.

  • COD is not applicable for international orders.

5.2 COD Charges & Value Limit

  • COD orders incur a flat charge of ₹80.

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹7,000.

  • Orders above ₹7,000 must be prepaid.

5.3 COD Order Confirmation

  • All COD orders will be verified via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • If the customer does not confirm within 24 hours, the order may be canceled.

5.4 Refusal or Non-Acceptance of COD Orders

  • Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries may be restricted from using the COD option in the future.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

6.1 International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees per their country’s regulations.
6.2 Customs clearance delays may extend the delivery timeframe.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

7.1 Delayed Orders

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to courier issues, natural disasters, strikes, or customs processing.

7.2 Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received, you must report it within 48 hours.

  • We will coordinate with the courier, but we do not guarantee refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.


8. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

8.1 If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • Re-shipping charges will apply for redelivery.

  • No refunds will be issued for shipping fees.
