Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At World of Oorja, all crystals, gemstones, and Rudraksha products are prepared, cleansed, energised, and customised specifically for each customer only after an order is confirmed. Due to this personalised and irreversible process, return, cancellation, and refund requests are governed by the terms below.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

We ensure every customer receives products that are as described, authentic, and in good condition. However, due to the personalised nature of our offerings, returns and cancellations are not accepted once energising has begun.

We deeply value your trust and personally review every concern with care, ensuring it is handled with empathy, fairness, and respect for our spiritual integrity.

1. Exchanges & Replacements


Exchange Window:
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period cannot be considered.

To qualify for an exchange or replacement:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • Original packaging, certificates, and accessories must be intact

  • A clear unboxing video (showing the sealed package being opened) is mandatory

Claims submitted without the required proof will not be processed.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If a product received is damaged in transit or incorrect, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via support@worldofoorja.com or message us on WhatsApp.

Upon verification, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

Size Exchange (Bracelets Only):

Bracelet size exchanges may be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A ₹200 service charge applies to cover two-way shipping and re-energising costs

  • Customers are advised to review the size chart carefully before ordering


2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund


Due to custom preparation and natural variations, exchanges or refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Design, aesthetic, or expectation mismatch

  • Natural variations in colour, texture, clarity, or size

  • Products that have been worn, used, or handled after delivery

  • Damage caused by water, perfumes, chemicals, or mishandling

  • Minor outer packaging damage where the product is intact

  • Orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect address or customer unavailability (forward & return shipping charges apply)

  • Partially paid orders cancelled at delivery


3. Cancellation Policy


Each product is hand-prepared and energised immediately after your order is confirmed.

  • Cancellations are permitted only if requested before energising or dispatch begins

  • Once preparation has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted

  • For prepaid orders cancelled before processing, a 6% deduction applies toward payment gateway and administrative charges


4. Refund Policy


Refunds are issued only in exceptional and verified cases, at the sole discretion of World of Oorja, after internal review.

Where approved, the following deductions apply:

  • 6% payment gateway charges

  • Forward and/or return shipping costs (if applicable)

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.


5. When Refunds Cannot Be Provided


Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Packages lost in transit (replacement will be issued)

  • Delivery refused at doorstep

  • Returns due to incorrect address or customer unavailability

  • Products returned used, damaged, or without original packaging/certificates

  • Damage limited only to outer packaging, with product intact


6. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Visit the Exchange Portal on our website.
  2. Enter Order ID and registered contact details
  3. Select the issue and upload required images/videos
  4. Submit the request for verification
  5. Upon approval, pickup and replacement will be arranged

7. Complaint Resolution Timelines

  • All complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours

  • Verified issues are resolved within 5 business days

  • Resolution is provided in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020

Legal Disclaimer

As per Rule 4(11) of the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, goods that are customised, personalised, or prepared as per customer-specific requirements are exempt from mandatory return obligations.

Products offered by World of Oorja fall under this category once energisation or preparation has commenced.
