The Stress & Anger Relief Kit is a curated set of natural tumbled crystals — rough stones polished smooth in a rotating tumbler until they take on their soft, rounded finish. Among them are quartz-family stones such as Amethyst, the violet variety of quartz coloured by traces of iron. Crystals like these form slowly within rock cavities over long stretches of time and are found in countries including Brazil, Uruguay and India.

Each set is hand-picked, finished and energised in our Jaipur workshop — gathered around a single intention of calm and emotional steadiness.

Hold a stone when you feel stressed and take a few slow breaths, carry one with you, or place them around your home.

During meditation, hold them and set an intention for calm before you begin.

Keep them where you can reach for them in tense moments.

Recharge on a Selenite plate overnight, under moonlight, or with sage smoke. Keep it away from water and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
