Blood Pressure (Hypertension)

A calming blend of Bloodstone, Lapis Lazuli, Clear Quartz and Carnelian, designed to support relaxation and emotional balance. The stones work together to reduce stress and tension while grounding and steadying your energy through demanding days. This is complementary energetic support, not a substitute for medical care.

This blend brings together four natural stones — deep-green Bloodstone flecked with red (a chalcedony), blue Lapis Lazuli, Clear Quartz and orange Carnelian — hand-cut and polished in our Jaipur workshop. Long carried for grounding, calm and steady vitality.

Wear on your non-dominant hand (left for most) to absorb its energy through the day.
Take five slow breaths, longer on the exhale, as you put it on.
Recharge on a selenite plate at least once every 30 days.
Keep it away from water, and cleanse with sage smoke, sound or moonlight when it feels heavy.
