3. Use During Meditation or Prayer:
Sit comfortably and hold the mala in your right hand.
Use your thumb to count each bead as you chant a mantra, affirmation, or prayer.
Move to the next bead with each repetition, focusing on your intention.

4. Wear It for Energy Support:
You can wear the mala around your neck or wrist as a daily reminder of your intentions. Let it radiate its energy to balance and support you throughout the day.

5. Cleanse and Recharge Regularly
Over time, the mala may absorb negative energies. Recharge and cleanse it every 30 days by placing it on a selenite plate or under the moonlight to recharge and ensure its effectiveness in supporting your journey. Alternatively, you can place the crystals under moonlight on a full moon night as well for 6-7 hours.

1. Avoid Water and Chemicals: Remove your mala before showering, swimming, or coming into contact with water, deodorants, moisturizers, or other harsh chemicals.

2. Protect from Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to sunlight or water may cause crystals to lose their color. Avoid soaking the mala for more than 10-20 seconds.
