This murti brings together Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles, and Red Jasper — the stone most associated with endurance and a steady nerve. Red Jasper works on the Root and Sacral chakras, where fear, restlessness and financial worry tend to settle. Placed on an altar, entrance console or work desk, it clears the way before new beginnings while helping the space around it feel anchored rather than unsettled.

Red Jasper is an opaque, fine-grained variety of chalcedony quartz, its brick-to-rust colour drawn from iron oxide within the stone. It forms in sedimentary and volcanic rock, often carrying darker veining and mineral inclusions that give each piece its own markings. Across many cultures it has been carried as a stone of endurance, courage and steady nerves. This Ganesh Ji murti is hand-carved from natural Red Jasper and finished in our Jaipur workshop.

Light a diya or incense beside it during puja if that is part of your practice.
Keep the space around it clean and uncluttered.

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners and abrasive polishes. Red Jasper holds its colour well, but handle the murti with both hands — carved stone can chip if knocked.
