Is this real Red Coral or dyed reconstituted coral?
These are natural Red Coral chips and every order ships with a certificate of authenticity. Much of what is sold online as red coral chips is dyed bamboo coral, reconstituted powder or plain fossil coral — which is why we certify each lot and tell you plainly what the material is.
What is Moonga, and who is it traditionally meant for?
Moonga is the Sanskrit name for Red Coral, one of the nine Navratna gemstones and the traditional stone of Mangal (Mars) in Vedic astrology. They should not be.

How do I cleanse and recharge Red Coral chips?
Never with water or salt — Red Coral is an organic gem and both will damage it. Use sage or incense smoke, sound from a singing bowl, or an overnight rest on a selenite plate. Recharge in indirect moonlight for 4 to 6 hours, and keep the chips out of prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade the colour.
