How do I burn it safely?
Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each lighting. On the first burn, let the wax melt fully across the top (about 2–3 hours). Never burn it for more than 4 hours at a time, and never leave a lit candle unattended.

Set a calming intention as you light it, take a few slow breaths, and let it burn while you unwind. Many people light it in the evening as part of their wind-down.
