Sit comfortably and hold the mala in your right hand.
Use your thumb to count each bead as you chant a mantra, affirmation, or prayer.

5. Cleanse and Recharge Regularly

Recharge and cleanse it every 30 days by placing it on a selenite plate or under the moonlight to recharge and ensure its effectiveness in supporting your journey. Alternatively, you can place the crystals under moonlight on a full moon night as well for 6-7 hours.
