Is this a real crystal?
Yes. The Health & Happiness Stone is a natural, hand-picked Amethyst tumble stone, prepared in our Jaipur workshop. Because every piece is formed by the earth rather than a mould, the size, shape and shade of purple vary slightly from stone to stone — that uniqueness is how you know it's real.

How do I use it day to day?

How do I cleanse and recharge it?
Once every few weeks, leave it under moonlight overnight, rest it on a selenite plate for 4–6 hours, or use sound from a singing bowl for a minute or two. Keep it dry and away from harsh chemicals, and wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.
