Sulemani Hakik is a banded variety of agate — a form of chalcedony, itself microcrystalline quartz (silicon dioxide). Its distinctive black, grey and white bands form as silica-rich fluids settle in layers within volcanic cavities over vast stretches of time, so every stone carries its own pattern. Agate of this kind is found in India, Brazil and parts of the Middle East, in tones ranging from deep black to smoky grey.

Wear on your non-dominant hand (left for most) to keep its energy close through the day.
Wear it in draining or crowded environments.
Recharge on a selenite plate at least once every 30 days.
Keep it away from water, and cleanse with sage smoke, sound or moonlight when it feels heavy.

Clean gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes and ultrasonic cleaners — they can dull the polish and affect the German silver setting.

Agate is a durable stone (Mohs 6.5–7), but protect the faceted surface from hard knocks and store the ring separately in a soft pouch.
