Activation ritual (first wear):
The night before, place the ring in a small glass of water. Add a few drops of Gangajal or pure rosewater. Leave overnight. The following morning, remove the ring, pat dry, and hold it in both hands facing the sunrise. Recite Om Budhaya Namah — 108 times if you are able, or once with clear intention. Then put the ring on.

You do not need to repeat this ritual daily. Once at the beginning establishes the intention.

Cleansing: Once a month, place on a selenite charging plate overnight, or leave in moonlight. This resets accumulated energy and keeps the stone active.

5. Remove during physical activity: Take off before exercise, sports, or heavy manual work.
6. Energetic cleansing: Place on a selenite plate or in moonlight once a month.
